Heckman Glass Masters has joined the list of prestigious, safety-conscious auto glass companies by becoming an accredited Auto Glass Safety Council (AGSC) Registered Member Company.
“The quality of our products and safety of our customers is our primary concern. Heckman Glass Masters embodies these best practices in safety and has joined the Auto Glass Safety Council in their mission of safety.” says Larry Lewis of Heckman Glass Masters.
“By registering that Heckman Glass Masters is in compliance with the AGRSS Standard, the company demonstrates its commitment to the safety of its customers,” says Debra Levy, president of the AGSC. “This is an important step for the Heckman team and shows that their staff is dedicated to completing proper and safe auto glass installations for their customers.”
Companies registers by AGSC must demonstrate their ability and willingness to complete installations in accordance with AGRSS Standard by undergoing random, on-site third-party validation audits at least once every four years.
The Auto Glass Safety Council is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the safe replacement of auto glass. The Council was founded and is supported by companies in the auto glass replacement industry that keep safe installation as their primary goal. The Council is also accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) – a standard development organization – and has developed North America’s only auto glass replacement standard, the AGRSS Standard. The AGRSS Standard addresses procedures, education and product performance for the proper replacement of auto glass.
